How to Send Your Artwork – Printivo Africa

How to send us your artwork

Once you've placed your order, email your artwork files to artwork@printivo.com. Please include your Printivo order number in the email subject.

What we need

File format: Press-ready PDF (preferred), or high-resolution JPG / PNG / AI / PSD
Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
Colour mode: CMYK (not RGB) for print-accurate colour
Bleed: 3mm bleed on all edges for products that will be trimmed
Fonts: All fonts converted to outlines / embedded
File size: Up to 50 MB per file. For larger files, use WeTransfer or Google Drive and share the link.

If you don't have print-ready artwork, our design team can help. Just reply to your order confirmation email letting us know what you'd like designed, and we'll follow up with a design quote.

Turnaround

Production starts once we receive and approve your artwork. Please send it within 24 hours to avoid delays. If you don't send artwork within 7 days, we may cancel and refund the order.

Our in-house designers can build your artwork from a brief: logo, layout, typography, the lot. Free design support on orders over £200, modest design fee otherwise. We’ll send a proof for approval before we print.

Add this product to your basket and check out as normal. After you order, we’ll email a secure upload link — ideal if you’re still finalising the design or want your designer to send it directly.
